memo tool for HEIs: Monitoring Exchange Mobility Outcomes.
Memo is a tool to monitor and evaluate your mobility programmes via testing your students on personality traits (not just asking) and how these traits are affected by mobility. The MEMO TOOL can be used to improve the management of your mobility programmes and provide students counselling based on date. Each student will get his/her own personal profile right after completing the PRE-departure and POST-return survey. The CHE Consult Prague will deal with the data and provide you a structured report and conclusions. You could use this information also for image of your school in terms of student recruitment. The memo tool helps to improve the quality of your mobility programmes, preparedness of your students to go abroad, explore their motivations and tells you how incoming students assess your school and how their traits developed during the stay abroad.
